- A.Click the registration link on the Current Openings page and provide a new Username and Password. You may wish to make a note of these login credentials in the event you wish to log in again to apply for another position or make changes to your application and/or contact data. Once you have successfully registered, you may continue on to complete your application for the desired position.

- A.The Current Openings page displays up to 30 jobs per page. It may be necessary to click the “Next” link to display the next 30 jobs or you may click the “View All” link to view all current openings. If you are still not finding the position you are searching for, you may contact our Helpdesk. The position may already be closed; in which case, we encourage you to continue visiting our site for future job opportunities.

- A.Yes. While we are capable of uploading resumes in the application process, there are also several areas of our application process where an applicant can simply key in resume data, such as previous employment and education history, skills and achievements. After creating a user account (or logging in, for returning users), simply select “Apply without using a resume” to begin entering your information.

- A.Oftentimes, positions with a location other than our regional plants have a posting location of Milwaukee, WI or Brookfield, WI (the location of our corporate headquarters). Try clearing your search and clicking on the Job Title column heading to put the jobs in alphabetical order by title and look for the advertised position this way.

- A.No. It is the policy of Briggs and Stratton to not accept unsolicited resumes. Each application and resume we receive must be submitted through our online recruiting process. This process ensures that your application and/or resume will immediately be connected to the correct job opening ID and seen by the appropriate recruiter and hiring manager for the position.
